We are starting to ship to international destinations. Due to international trade regulations, not all products are available in all countries. Please read item and page descriptions carefully to be certain we are able to ship your selection. If your country is not listed on our drop-down menu, please contact us and we will explore the option of adding your destination.

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS:

We make every effort to ensure that we will have adequate quantities of all your favorite products. However, from time to time we may run out of something that we depend upon other manufacturers for. If an item that is out of stock is on order and will arrive in a few days, it is our policy to hold your order until it comes in. If you don't want your order to be held up for any item, you can request that we don't wait for out-of-stock items. If something will take longer than normal to come it, we will try and notify you by e-mail of any shortage before we ship your order. This will give you the opportunity to make adjustments or substitutions. We ask that you keep an eye on your e-mail until you receive confirmation that your order is on its way.

Credit Cards only. For your protection, your name and address must match that of the credit card used.

Your total price for the products will be stated on your purchase receipt and you shall receive a confirmation of your order by way of e-mail to the address you indicate during the registration process. Terms of payment are within the company's sole discretion, and payment must be received by the company prior to the company's acceptance of an order. Payment fr the products must be made by credit card or some other prearranged method. The company reserves the right to reject any sale for any reason, including for a misprint in the price quotation or advertisement. Product prices advertised do not include shipping and handling, which will be added to the price you pay. There is a $5.00 minimum order.

Orders may be submitted through this website. We use a secure server which incorporates SSL Secured 128 bit technology. All the information you submit upon checkout is encrypted while it travels over the Internet. For those of you who do not wish to use your credit card online, you can call in your order to us at (614) 915-1447. Since we are in constant persuit of new products, we may be out of the shop and not available to answer the phone even during normal business hours. If you leave a message, we will return your U.S. phone call as soon as possible. We will respond to international inquiries via e-mail.

All Ohio customers will be charged sales tax.

Cockatoo Creations will arrange shipping of the products to your address using a carrier of the company's choice, generally Federal Express, at the company's sole and absolute discretion. Insurance will be provided at your option and cost. The costs of shipping and handling will be shown on your purchase receipt. The company will inform you of estimated shipments, but will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failure, shipping company error, or acts of God. We typically ship on Mondays and Thursdays, although we ship more frequently during periods of high demand. The chart below depicts typical FedEx delivery times. We appreciate large orders and want to thank you accordingly. Domestic orders over $275 qualify for free standard ground shipping. To receive this discount, input the coupon code "ShipFree" on your order form. You will see a an on-line discount of $10.00 indicating that your discount will be applied; this is not your actual discount. The actual discount will be the exact amount of the shipping charges and will be manually entered by Cockatoo Creations personnel after verification. The actual discount will be shown on your printed receipt. Orders for delivery outside the United States will not qualify for shipping discounts. There is a limit of one coupon or discount per order.
