Duck is the common name for a number of species.  Ducks are mostly aquatic birds, typically smaller than swans and geese, and may be found in both fresh water and sea water. Despite widespread misconceptions, only the females of most dabbling ducks "quack". Ducks occur across most of the world except for Antarctica.  Numerous species of ducks have established populations on oceanic islands such as Hawaii and New Zealand, although many of these species are threatened or have become extinct.  While our duck suncatchers will not become extinct, you will want to add them to your collection before they sell out.
