Do you sell wholesale?

No.  We only purchase small quantities of each item.  Additionally, many of our suppliers must approve resellers prior to allowing their products to be sold.


Can I pay by check or money order?

By using PayPal, you are able to select bank check as a form of payment.  Please keep in mind that we will delay shipping until your check has cleared our bank.  We regret to say that we are unable to accept checks or money orders sent through the mail.


Can you send me a catalog?

Our website is our catalog.  It changes constantly and is updated in "real time" to reflect availability.


The bird gift I want says "Coming soon."  Do I have to wait until that date to order?

A select few of our suppliers confirm that their products are in transit.  We're giving you the opportunity to be among the first to take home these wonderful gifts by allowing you to pre-order them.  Purchases containing pre-ordered items will ship as soon as all items in your order have arrived at our warehouse.  We list a projected arrival date for each of these items so you can get an idea if the arrival date will meet your needs.
