We can ship to virtually any physical address in the United States! 
Red Dot and
Purple Dot items can also ship to other destinations around the world. For international orders, it is the responsibility of the recipient to obtain any necessary import permits and pay any duties.
Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight and volume-based. In most cases, you can add an additional item or two without impacting shipping costs.
For large orders, direct signature may be required. Orders of $250 or larger must ship to the address on your credit card statement. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
Daily Shipping from our Main Warehouse - Purple Dot Items
The vast majority of our items are available from our Main Warehouse in North Carolina. The Main Warehouse typically processes shipments within one business day.
Our Main Warehouse is open 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday. We have daily Postal pick-ups Monday through Saturday, UPS pick-ups Monday through Friday, and FedEx pick-ups Tuesday and Friday.
Occasionally, we have periods of high volume and it may not be possible to fill all orders during these timeframes. We process all orders in the order in which they were received and do everything possible to meet our shipping goals.
We will post any anticipated delays, including closings for inventory or other business activities, on our blog.
Shipping from our Satellite Warehouses
Some items are stored only in our satellite warehouses. These items are designated as such in the 'Availability' section of each product's page. Additionally, these items have SKUs that begin with a letter or # followed by a letter. Located beneath the product picture, you will find a 'dot' of a color other than purple. Please note that if you select a destination country to which these warehouses do not ship, we will need to ship your order to the Main Warehouse prior to packing; there are additional fees for this service. Unless otherwise noted, our satellite warehouses ship Monday through Friday.
Cyan Dot Items - These cage bird supplies have SKU's that begin with DAD and ship from our North Warehouse in North Carolina. These items are available only in the USA. Their turn-around time is typically 1-2 business days.
Gold Dot Items - These wild bird supplies and wild bird gifts have SKUs that begin with GCD and ship from our East Warehouse in Missouri. These items are available only in the USA. Their turn-around time is typically 2-5 business days.
Forest Dot Items - These bird-themed gift items have SKUs that begin with CDN and ship from the manufacturer in Delaware. These items are available only in the USA. Their turn-around time is typically 2-3 business days.
Green Dot Items - These bird-themed gift items have SKUs that begin with MSP and ship from our Vinemont Warehouse in Alabama. These items are available only in the USA. Their turn-around time is typically 2-3 business days.
Pink Dot Items - These gift items have SKUs that begin with IWG and ship from our South Warehouse in Missouri. These items are available only in the USA. Their turn-around time is typically 1-2 business days.
Red Dot Items - These gift items ship directly from the overseas manufacturer and can ship to virtually any address in the world. Their turn-around time is typically one day. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of these items since they will need to clear customs.
Yellow Dot Items - These stained glass gift items have SKUs that begin with MWI and ship from the manufacturer in Michigan. These items are available only in the USA. Their turn-around time is typically 1-3 business days.

Yes, to help save the environment in which our beloved birds reside, Cockatoo Creations believes in reduce, reuse, and recycle! Whenever possible, we are reusing the boxes and packing materials that are shipped to us. Those that cannot be reused are recycled. All of the 'peanuts' we purchase are made with recycled materials. We encourage you to consider reusing and recycling when disposing of the packing materials you receive from us.
