Amazon Parrot Gifts

The Amazon parrot is one of many parrots that range in size from the small spectacled (white-fronted) Amazon to the quite sizable double yellow-headed and mealy amazons. They are native to the New World ranging from South America to Mexico and the Caribbean. Most Amazon parrots are predominantly green, with accenting colors that depend on the species and can be quite vivid. They have a remarkable ability to mimic human speech and other sounds. Many of these birds can also become proficient singers. They are not shy and will often perform for strangers.
