Cool Lime Pie - A Favorite Summertime Dessert
1 Round Graham Cracker Pie Crust (6 oz)
1 Package Lime-Flavor Gelatin (4 serving size)
1/4 Cup Boiling Water
2 Containers Key Lime Pie Flavor Yogurt (6 oz each)
1 Container Cool Whip (8 oz)
Thinly Sliced Lime for garnish, if desired

In large, heat-resistant bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in yogurt with wire whisk. Fold in whipped topping with wooden spoon. Spread mixture in crust. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 2 hours). Garnish with thinly sliced lime just prior to serving, if desired.
