Enamel Bird Ornaments

These gorgeous ornaments start with a metal bird-shaped base containing tiny depressions, or cells. The artists then fill the cells with brightly colored enamels and fire them at a high temperature. Many of these birds are then accented with sparkling crystals. Other birds are articulated, giving the birds 'life'.
