Hanging Ceramic Parrot in Ring - Large - Blue

The features of this hanging bird were hand-painted in Mexico--no two are alike! The parrot can be hung indoors or out. It has a light varnished finish to repel water. The ceramic parrot hangs on a round metal ring.
