The family that made this stunning Jenday conure has been embroidering these for over 380 years, passing down the technique from generation to generation. Silk, when dyed using traditional methods such as those used for this bird, can retain its vibrant color for thousands of years--please keep from direct sunlight and water to preserve the beauty of your new picture. 

The art is 7-1/2" square matted to approximately 11-3/4" square.
